What if your body could do more than you Ever Imagined?
You've seen aerial artists and thought, "That's beautiful, but it’s not for me." Maybe you think you're not strong enough, flexible enough, or young enough. Maybe you tried an aerial class and left thinking, "I'll never be able to do this."
Here's the truth: Aerial practice isn't reserved for a select few. It's for every body.
At Aerial Foundations, we don't teach tricks—we teach transformation. Through the Activation Method, you'll discover how to engage your body's natural strength, build skills systematically, and unlock a version of yourself you didn't know existed. Whether you're seeking dynamic strength or deep nervous system healing, we meet you exactly where you are.
This isn't just a membership. It's your invitation to fly.
To Feel Confident and Free!
Why This Program Is Different
Most aerial training online shows a move once with a voiceover and leaves you to pause, rewind, and guess your way through.
Aerial Foundations is built like a real class.
In each lesson, I don’t just demo the skill once—I teach it in a way your body can actually learn:
✅ 1x clear demonstration so you can see the full shape
✅ 2x follow-along reps with you (slow + coached)
✅ Train both sides so strength + technique stay balanced
✅ Common mistakes + what not to do (so you stay safe)
That means less stopping, less guessing, and way more “ohhh, I feel it now.”
✅ A clear pathway (not a random library): Foundations → Level 1 → Level 2 → Level 3
✅ Activation first: learn how to engage the right muscles and align your body before you load a skill
✅ Real-body instruction: progressions that work for real people, not “perfect demo bodies”
✅ Support + community: share your practice and get feedback/cheers through Instagram @aerialfoundations
And the secret sauce underneath all of it? Activation—because we’re here to build real strength and confidence, not force shapes.

THE ACTIVATION METHOD
The Secret to a Safe, Sustainable Aerial Practice
Most aerial instruction focuses on the end result—the trick, the pose, the performance.
We start with something more important: ACTIVATION.
Before you climb, swing, or invert, I teach you how to engage the right muscles, align your body, and move with intention. This isn't just about preventing injury (though it does that)—it's about building real strength that translates to every skill you learn and the way you move throughout the day.
The Activation Method is what makes our approach different.
It's why students progress faster, feel more confident, and avoid the frustration of "I can't do this."
Activation is the difference between “I survived that move” and “I own that move.”

What Students are Saying

Marci is an outstanding instructor—knowledgeable, supportive, and always ready to assist. She made me feel completely comfortable, especially as I was learning new poses. Knowing she was there to guide and help allowed me to fully enjoy my experience without hesitation. If you’ve ever been curious about aerial, I highly recommend giving it a try—especially with an instructor like Marci!

Marci has been so much more than just an aerial instructor. She helped me believe in myself and that I could start learning aerial and anything else in my mid thirties.

SO FUN! I cannot speak highly enough of this class! It was so much fun. The instructor is wonderful and made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. I am a larger woman who never exercises, so I’m quite out of shape. But the instructor worked with me to adjust the exercises and moves so I could do them comfortably. I had so much fun that I forgot I was exercising! And as someone who normally hates exercise, that’s saying a lot.

Everything you need to know before you start

Safety is our foundation. Every progression is designed to build strength and body awareness BEFORE you attempt advanced moves. We teach activation and alignment first, so your body knows how to engage the right muscles. You progress at your own pace—there's no pressure to move faster than feels right.
We also require all students to complete a waiver and liability form before starting. This protects YOU by ensuring you understand the risks and take responsibility for your own training. We provide clear guidance on this, and it's a standard practice in aerial arts training. If you have specific injuries or concerns, you can modify every exercise, and we're here to help you train safely around any limitations. Thousands of people safely learn aerial arts this way.

This is exactly what Level 1 Foundation is for. We start with activation and ground-based conditioning to build the strength you need. Every video includes modifications for different ability levels, so you work at YOUR pace. You don't need to be strong to start—you get strong BY starting. We've had students of all fitness backgrounds succeed, from athletes to people returning to movement after years away. The progression is systematic and safe.
-
No, you don't need to start with your own rig. Our videos are designed for people training at studios, gyms, or even outdoors on existing equipment. If you want to set up at home eventually, we have resources to help you do it safely and affordably. Many of our students train at local studios first, then invest in home equipment once they're committed.
-
You control your schedule—and your videos. We have everything from quick 5-minute activation bursts to full 45-minute flows, so you train however fits your life. Some days you've got 20 minutes, some days you've got an hour. It all counts.
Here's what makes it fun: there's no pressure, no live class you have to show up for, no judgment. You're not checking a clock or rushing through moves. You watch when it works for you, pause when you need to, rewind if something doesn’t click. Some students batch their training on weekends, others sneak in a quick 5-minute inversion or activation before work. The variety keeps it exciting—you're never bored because you're never doing the same thing the same way twice.
The real magic? Exercise stops feeling like a chore. It becomes playful. You're exploring what your body can do, not grinding through a workout. Even 5-10 minutes of intentional movement creates real transformation—and honestly, it's way more fun than traditional fitness.

You'll also get access to our community of other teachers for sharing ideas and best practices. Whether you're looking to expand your teaching toolkit or just improve your own skills, there's a level for you. Some teachers use our content for their own training, others use it as supplemental material for their students.
