THE DIFFERENCE IS ACTIVATION
Feel what your body is doing before you ask it to do more.
Marci teaches the small, useful cues that help shoulders, core, pelvis, breath, and alignment work together. That means less forcing, less guessing, and more of those “ohhh, I feel it now” moments.

Questions? We've Got Answers
Everything you need to know before you start
-
Safety is our foundation. Every progression is designed to build strength and body awareness BEFORE you attempt advanced moves. We teach activation and alignment first, so your body knows how to engage the right muscles. You progress at your own pace—there's no pressure to move faster than feels right.
We also require all students to complete a waiver and liability form before starting. This protects YOU by ensuring you understand the risks and take responsibility for your own training. We provide clear guidance on this, and it's a standard practice in aerial arts training. If you have specific injuries or concerns, you can modify every exercise, and we're here to help you train safely around any limitations. Thousands of people safely learn aerial arts this way.

This is exactly what Level 1 Foundation is for. We start with activation and ground-based conditioning to build the strength you need. Every video includes modifications for different ability levels, so you work at YOUR pace. You don't need to be strong to start—you get strong BY starting. We've had students of all fitness backgrounds succeed, from athletes to people returning to movement after years away. The progression is systematic and safe.
-
No, you don't need to start with your own rig. Our videos are designed for people training at studios, gyms, or even outdoors on existing equipment. If you want to set up at home eventually, we have resources to help you do it safely and affordably. Many of our students train at local studios first, then invest in home equipment once they're committed.
-
You control your schedule—and your videos. We have everything from quick 5-minute activation bursts to full 45-minute flows, so you train however fits your life. Some days you've got 20 minutes, some days you've got an hour. It all counts.
Here's what makes it fun: there's no pressure, no live class you have to show up for, no judgment. You're not checking a clock or rushing through moves. You watch when it works for you, pause when you need to, rewind if something doesn’t click. Some students batch their training on weekends, others sneak in a quick 5-minute inversion or activation before work. The variety keeps it exciting—you're never bored because you're never doing the same thing the same way twice.
The real magic? Exercise stops feeling like a chore. It becomes playful. You're exploring what your body can do, not grinding through a workout. Even 5-10 minutes of intentional movement creates real transformation—and honestly, it's way more fun than traditional fitness.

Absolutely. Many of our members are aerial yoga teachers and studio instructors. Level 2 and Level 3 are designed for teachers who want to deepen their practice, learn new progressions to teach, and refine their technique. You'll also get access to our community of other teachers for sharing ideas and best practices. Whether you're looking to expand your teaching toolkit or just improve your own skills, there's a level for you. Some teachers use our content for their own training, others use it as supplemental material for their students.
