What if your body could do more than you Ever Imagined?

You've seen aerial artists and thought, "That's beautiful, but it’s not for me." Maybe you think you're not strong enough, flexible enough, or young enough. Maybe you tried an aerial class and left thinking, "I'll never be able to do this."

Here's the truth: Aerial practice isn't reserved for a select few. It's for every body.

At Aerial Foundations, we don't teach tricks—we teach transformation. Through the Activation Method, you'll discover how to engage your body's natural strength, build skills systematically, and unlock a version of yourself you didn't know existed. Whether you're seeking dynamic strength or fun flips, we meet you exactly where you are.

This isn't just a membership. It's your invitation to fly.

To Feel Confident and Free!

Why This Program Is Different

Most aerial training online shows a move once with a voiceover and leaves you to pause, rewind, and guess your way through.

Aerial Foundations is built like a real class.

In each lesson, I don’t just demo the skill once—I teach it in a way your body can actually learn:

1x clear demonstration so you can see the full shape
2x follow-along reps with you (slow + coached)
Train both sides so strength + technique stay balanced
Common mistakes + what not to do (so you stay safe)

That means less stopping, less guessing, and way more “ohhh, I feel it now.”

A clear pathway (not a random library): Foundations → Level 1 → Level 2 → Level 3
Activation first: learn how to engage the right muscles and align your body before you load a skill
Real-body instruction: progressions that work for real people, not “perfect demo bodies”
Support + community: share your practice and get feedback/cheers through Instagram @aerialfoundations

And the secret sauce underneath all of it? Activation—because we’re here to build real strength and confidence, not force shapes.

THE ACTIVATION METHOD

The Secret to a Safe, Sustainable Aerial Practice

Most aerial instruction focuses on the end result—the trick, the pose, the performance.

We start with something more important: ACTIVATION.

Before you climb, swing, or invert, I teach you how to engage the right muscles, align your body, and move with intention. This isn't just about preventing injury (though it does that)—it's about building real strength that translates to every skill you learn and the way you move throughout the day.

The Activation Method is what makes our approach different.

It's why students progress faster, feel more confident, and avoid the frustration of "I can't do this."

Activation is the difference between “I survived that move” and “I own that move.”

What Students are Saying

  • Marci is an outstanding instructor—knowledgeable, supportive, and always ready to assist. She made me feel completely comfortable, especially as I was learning new poses. Knowing she was there to guide and help allowed me to fully enjoy my experience without hesitation. If you’ve ever been curious about aerial, I highly recommend giving it a try—especially with an instructor like Marci!

  • Marci has been so much more than just an aerial instructor. She helped me believe in myself and that I could start learning aerial and anything else in my mid thirties.

    — Jen M

  • SO FUN! I cannot speak highly enough of this class! It was so much fun. The instructor is wonderful and made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. I am a larger woman who never exercises, so I’m quite out of shape. But the instructor worked with me to adjust the exercises and moves so I could do them comfortably. I had so much fun that I forgot I was exercising! And as someone who normally hates exercise, that’s saying a lot.
